the radiator heating is not reaching 2nd floor for a long time

Hi, The boiler is in basement. first floor heat is fine. second floor radiator takes a very long time to warm up. Room barely get to 61 deg.
appreciate any help in trouble shooting this issue

If hot water, check the water pressure in your boiler. Should be about 12 to 15 lbs. also check the operation of the circulating pumps. Check operation of thermostat in cold room loop
If steam, the radiator vent is the problem
